A measure of food energy. The calculator adds the listed calories for each selected ingredient and applies your portion multiplier.

A macronutrient used throughout the body. In this calculator, protein is shown in grams and coded green.

Carbohydrates

Carbohydrates include starches, sugars, and fiber. The total carbohydrate value is shown separately from dietary fiber.

Fat

Fat is a concentrated source of energy. Guacamole, cheese, sour cream, and some proteins can shift the total quickly.

Sodium

Sodium is displayed in milligrams. Seasoned ingredients and salsas often contribute more than people expect.

How portion math works

Each listed nutrition value represents a standard serving. Light, regular, extra, and double portions multiply every nutrient by 0.5, 1, 1.5, and 2 respectively. Totals are rounded to one decimal place.
